Fill with warm water to maximum fill line (approximately 5L). Add 150g of Magnesium Flakes and stir into the water so they dissolve. Submerge feet, sit back and relax for 20 minutes or as long as you desire.
It is advised to take 2-3 Magnesium Flakes rich footbaths per week. Increase frequency as required.
Ideal for travelling. Deflates for easy storage. Valves can be inflated by mouth or hand pump.
